Why travel to Liverpool in the Spring?

The Universities Association for Lifelong Learning (UALL) is holding the association’s main conference in Liverpool this year.  In the past it had been a great place to get ideas from a broad range of internationally based professionals that carry the flame for college and university adult and continuing education in current contexts - not always a simple thing to do!  UALL represents a number of UK based universities and colleges as well as having memorandums of understanding with other associations worldwide.  Why travel to Liverpool in the Spring?
